St. Catherine Major League opened play last weekend with four new teams.

GROUP A: DB Basovak, Rodwood, Tru Juice, Albion, Windsor Lions, and Black Lions.
GROUP B: Meadows, Central Link, Bodles, Independence City, Portmore Gardens, and Waterloo.
Tru Juice and Bodles were promoted to Division One. Central Link and Black Lions were relegated from South Central Super League.
Gone are last year's champion Newland who won promotion to the South Central Super League. Also gone are South Boro and Hope View, who were relegated to Division One. Ebony Phoenix, who finished eighth in the 12- team league, did not enter a team.
