  • The Cross and celebration in Jakan ball

Ever notice how quite a few of our players make the sign of the cross after scoring a goal or in track after winning a race. every time it is done it catches me off guard because I dont expect, never really saw that in my Jakan experience, went to United church/Disciples of Christ/Methodist and of course the Baptist experience at Cbar.

I have noticed it I believe with Fuller, Shelton and recently with Bolt if I remember correctly. I believe I have also seen other Reggae boyz do this when they score a goal.

I know this is done in the Catholic church which is probably one of the smaller christian denominations in Ja but is this also done in the Jakan Anglican church as well.

In yard they see the big ballers do it, so they run and copy it. Mi see from Christian, non-believer to Rasta all doing it.
