GOL TV - 6:30 pm Eastern (TVU Network Channel #65217)

    Colombian Championship Final, Game 2

America de Cali at Boyaca Chico.

(first game at Cali tied 1-1)

Chico hung on for a 1-1 draw, despite having a second goal disallowed because the referee blew his whistle to end the game while a Chico player had the ball on a breakaway.

Two Chico players and one Cali player will miss tonights game after being ejected from Game 1.

Also, 10,000 temporary bleacher seats have been installed at Chico's stadium, doubling the capacity to 20,000.

Chico was robbed in that first game. The ref bailed out America de Cali with that last blow of the whistle to end the game and he gave a Chico player a red after the game for arguing. Really and truly the game had ended and Chico players felt they were hard done and they protested. The ref could've used better judgement. I hope he isn't the same one reffing today's match.

UPDATE: Boyaca Chico Wins On PK's

Boyaca Chico won their first Colombian championship, beating America de Cali 4-2 on penalty kicks after a 1-1 draw. The two-game aggregate was tied at 2-2.

Both goals came on penalty kicks.

Chico just missed another goal, as a header was batted by America's goalkeeper off the inside of the goal post and the ball somehow managed
to stay out of the goal.

America had two glaring opportunities, but missed the wide open net. Another good scoring chance rolled across Chico's goal mouth, just wide
      the post.

With Chico shooting first, both teams scored on their first two shots.

In the third round, Chico scored, but the attempt by America missed wide right.

In the final round, Chico's central defender blasted the ball just under the crossbar into the roof of the net. America's shot either was saved, or hit the goal post.
