Bloww-wow!
The Turks are proud of their history of being a tough and resilient people!
Their last two games--saw them coming from behind for a win.
Yesterdays' game went into the final minutes of time added on before both team scored. Turkey won on penalty.
Although they will be playing without at least 3 of their top players, I would not be surprised if Turkey beat Germany. This is just based on the pure grit and determination of the Turkish squad.

Turkey needs another miracle against Germany
Turkey's miraculous run at the European Championship just keeps getting more and more amazing.
After coming back to win its final two group games, the Turks did it again Friday in the quarterfinals, rallying to get a 1-1 draw in the final moments and then beating Croatia in a penalty shootout to set up a semifinal match against Germany.
"We produce miracles," Turkey daily newspaper Sabah wrote Saturday. "We sent a message to the Germans and to the final: The Turks are coming!"
Turkey takes on Germany on Wednesday in Basel, Switzerland. It will the country's first ever semifinal appearance in the competition, equaling the team's best performance at a major tournament when it reached the final four at the 2002 World Cup.
Against Croatia, Turkey coach Fatih Terim had to replace seven regulars - five players were sidelined with injuries while two others were banned. The prospects for the Germany game are not much different.
Defender Emre Gungor was already ruled out for the rest of the tournament, while none of the other injured players - defender Servet Cetin and midfielders Tumer Metin, Emre Belozoglu and Ayhan Akman - were guaranteed to be fit in time before Wednesday.
Goalkeeper Volkan Demirel will have to sit out another match, unless UEFA overturns his two-match ban after hearing a Turkish appeal on Monday. If not, 35-year-old Rustu Recber, who stopped the decisive penalty by Mladen Petric in the shootout against Croatia, was likely to replace him again and play in his 118th international match.
Brazilian-born midfielder Mehmet Aurelio will return from his suspension, but midfielders Tuncay Sanli and Arda Turan, and defender Emre Asik all picked up their second yellow cards against Croatia and will miss the game against Germany.
"We always take the most complicated path, but we achieve our goals," Terim said. "People will always remind us for what we did here. The semifinal against Germany will be a clash of giants."
Terim's optimism played an important role in the run of good results for Turkey, which lost its Group A opener to Portugal but won its next three matches, each after falling behind, against Switzerland, the Czech Republic and Croatia.
"The coach doesn't allow us to be down and give up," London-born forward Kazim Kazim said. "That way, everything is possible. We don't give up before the final whistle."
Striker Nihat Kahveci, who plays for Spanish club Villarreal, also wished to add another chapter to the Turkish fairy tale. "We had three historical games in a row," he said. "Now I hope we get to the final and play Spain there."
