The Reggae Girlz have move up two places to number 71 in the FIFA Coca-Cola women's world rankings.
This is a position they hold jointly with the Faroe Islands.
Despite their dominance in Caribbean football, they are still third in the region as their counterparts Trinidad and Tobago is ranked number 41 up three places while Haiti is placed 58th up one place.
The United States kept its number one spot with the top six remaining unchanged.
Rounding out the top six are Germany in second place followed by Sweden, Brazil, Norway and North Korea.
