THE state-run Sports Development Foundation (SDF) has denied a request for a $28-million bail-out by the Premier League Clubs' Association (PLCA) to run the National Premier League (NPL) for the remainder of the 2007/2008 season after the association severed ties with former sponsor Cash Plus Limited, claim reliable Observer sources yesterday.
