THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!
"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.
"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

Babel was fouled outside the area, the ref allowed the advantage, Babel remained in control of the ball until he was bundled over by Toure leaping on his back. FOUL! PENALTY!!! Argument dun!!!
Well take a look at the action again...and put it on your - "slo-mo"...you'll see that Toure never laid a hand on Babel inside the penalty-area!"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."

Karl, where am I agreeing that Toure made contact outside the area?!? He was pulled by Fabregas outside the area.
Never mind the hand, Karl, that remains inconclusive for me, although the pics shown here are sort of damning. What is very clear to me is the leap, by Toure, into the back of Babel, causing him to crash to the turf. Or are you saying "leaps into backs" don't count as fouls?
