players are offensive minded and there is few defensive minded players. We are going to need adjust to the manchester united concept where certain players are dedicated defensively and majority can adjust accordingly to play both roles just as effectively. We have to start looking for players for the weaker parts of our game instead of stockpiling our strong part.

We have enought strikers available but we are lacking defensive and defensive midfield players. We also have too much predictable players and not enought players who can adjust their game based on the different scenarios thoroughout a game. I am still concern about our left side because that is where our options are limited. I am tired of players just getting one time called up and then we never heard about them again. Our called up players should be capable and more consistent proven performers not just a player scoring few goals than average after 2 games etc or a flash in the pan. This is world cup qualifying year and anything less than qualifying is a total failure even if there is short term local development postponement. Get to Africa, pay off the debts,keep simoes, build the academy and then plan for the future development.

Arsenal is one of the easiest top teams to score against

because most of their players are more offensive minded than defensive minded. The only reason why their defensive record look good is because English coaches no know football strategy well...

My point is that Jamaica need some specific role players for different opponents in different situations. If we had that in our last campaign we would have been to Germany.

The difference between Jamaica and the rest of the top concacaf opponents is Nutrition, Team play,set plays,financial support, faster Injury recovery and mental preparation. I still believe that our players especially the local ones are not taking care of their entire body. Most of our players have ongoing back and knee pains thoroughtout their career. We are not doing the right things for our players that are injured. We need some female maseuse for our players and our players need some cross training and karate /judo techniques.

We also need to utilize our beaches for sand and water training instead of stuck these players in polluted kingston all the time.

Arsenal have a record of coming from a goal down. Unfortunately, it's not good enough if some teams prefer to play the defensive games. So knowing that if they score first they will be put more on the defensive some teams wait the the last few minutes of the game to try and score.
