clearly defined and carried out properly. If we are developing a local squad for the future then it is best that we start using our future players(younger ones) . We should reach a stage now that we can decide on the few players who are capable of playing with the rest of our overseas players. Our focus should be on these players for some intensive training whether locally or in Brazil. Our short term goal should be fully focussed on qualifying for South Africa by all means necessary even if our local players are not fully attended to. When we get the money after South Africa then we can fully focussed on developing local talents for our next campaign immediately..By then we should have our academy up and running for these players . We have to start making world cup attendance a must for jamaica year in year out and it must start in South Africa even if there is no local players on this squad.
