Whatis J.F.F doing for the less recognisable clubs

I see Burrell donating ligh bulb to rich portmore club...i see simoes calling mostly portmore,harbour view and waterhouse players to brazil..What is J.F.F doing in the west and what is the status of the academy.I am proud of what St.Georges is doing in the east because God knows we some players and fans from that side of the island in the natio program. I really want to see this respected and well loved administration doing more things outside of kingston and its immediate environ. I am yet to see any leftsided proper replacement for bibi and phillips being drafted in our squad.
