I clearly recall the ignorant comments you made some time ago--in using statistics to make decisions (footballically speaking).

Good football teams always have someone on the coaching staff with pencil an' paper--scribbling something.

What can I say but YOU ARE A LIAR! I have never said that statistics was not useful. How could I when every now and again I would provide Opta data?!? You need to pay a little more respect to the truth, HL.

Having said that, I do maintain that stats alone do not tell the whole story.

And what do you know about good football teams, HL? Have you ever been around one?
