Karl it not so much about on his technical ability, it is about personality. This kid play good and play team in the sense of passing etc. but he is full of himself and have a big ego that will kill any team.

Jawge Nandi is okay where he is and like everyone else he too will have to work and fight for his place.
My grouse is that we want the players to show capacity in a vacuum without researching and finding out how its done and then applying those methods to our players.
Its like we think it can't be done so why bother and its our players who are at fault
Until we give it our all and put together a system of teaching how do we know if our players have the capability if we haven't given them a chance
Nandi is a distraction right now as I want more understanding of what we think about the brain of our youngsters
Do we think that we are teaching them as best as we can and we can't do better with our resources?
Though it cost you all you have get understanding .... Proverbs

It is the total package that is assessed and then found either GOOD FOR TEAM or NOT GOOD FOR TEAM!
Since being human no one person has the complete package...it is all about how much of a package we bring.
If the player because of behaviour is a 'negative drag' on/to TEAM. Then he is not a good player...for TEAM. Another person with poorer technical and tactical attributes may be a better player for TEAM...and thus is, as fact, better player!
I think it is what too many of our players and our spectators fail to understand. They think the technical ability...the ability to perform as 'popping fools' means they are good players. Nothing could be further from the truth! TEAM...TEAM aims...realising TEAM aims...contributing to realising TEAM aims...the degree of assistance provided in achieving TEAM goals...decides if a player is good or bad. If the contribution takes away from realisation of TEAM goals - player is just not good...not good for self...not good for TEAM!"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."

what is your point? I lost it.
I am saying the player is good technically but not for the team as he may bring laziness, lateness, too much ego, and indicipline into the team. That is all I am saying.- Don't let negative things break you, instead let it be your strength, your reason for growth. Life is for living and I won't spend my life feeling cheated and downtrodden.

If he brings that he is no good!
He has to change before he become a good player."Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."
