Rory Delap headed City ahead on four minutes following a fine cross from Mamady Sidibe but Rob Edwards volleyed Wolves level seconds before the break.

Kevin Kyle teed up strike partner Andy Keogh to put the home side ahead moments after the restart but Liam Lawrence's rasping shot made it 2-2.

Leon Cort put Stoke ahead from Sidibe's flick header and Ricardo Fuller sealed the win with an injury-time shot.

Fuller will be more effective in our away games. Same goes for Shelton. The fields are much larger therefore Fuller will not be closed down as easily and when he lays the ball off, the player will have more time. Shelton will have more time to get into his top gear on break aways.

Meanwhile, the race for automatic promotion to the BPL is as tight as ever. Four teams are separated by one point, and Stoke is in the mix. As much as I don't care to see Fuller play for us any time soon, I wish him and his team all the best and hope he does get a chance to show us what he is worth in the BPL.
