    Yup!
...yet - King & Marshall were good!
Ryce workhard and was good. His shooting was poor, exception that overhead kick (Was it him? ...or, the other fellow? I'll look again tomorrow.)

Bibi was not bad. Stewpeas was not bad.

Now on that Costa Rica goal our central defenders were so very, very slow recovering...

Potential is there! ...but, do we have the time...or will we have the time - (we could stumble along in the early qualifiers...surviving and buying ourselves the time ) - to make TEAM?

    Pleasant surprise - Ricketts!
He did all that was asked of him! He was abandoned by his defenders on the goal. Nothing he could have done outside of pulling off of a miracle!

...and...damn we left it late to save our pride!

Not an exciting game but a solid game.

This was a disciplined game. The team played surprising good passing. Overall the defense played well and the midfield was ok. Forwards did not get good service. Fuller and King did not really play well together, but this is just the start.

Also, surprisingly this was also a very tactical and patient passing game. These are things we don't normally see for a Jamaica team.

The only thing I can say is that the vibes of Jamaica football is coming back. The crowds are back, football is at the rebirth.

Yow King kick wey the goal in get..Stew peas would have bein

g yellow carded if it was a european referee. Player of the match is Granny marshall even if he did not score the equalizer. How the hell Wolfe miss those 2 chances.. Fuller and king not play well together and Fuller hold the ball too much. Man will bruk up him foot come qualifying...Rene need to give his reserve players more time into games. I was expecting more interchanging in the midfield but same old bad habits of turning into man behind them. Even the English players doing the same thing. Good Bicycle kick by Jamal Ryce ..I see him more of a striker than a midfielder. Fuller and King look slightly injured or just tired. Our players still do not know when and how to shoot or pass the damn ball. Players still caught up into the physical play instead of using the ball. Somebody need to take Jermaine Hue and make him live in a gym with a trainer for 2 months . Is rene our coach or technical director because I did not see tappa,Hyde or Duckie make one decision today. We need Damien Francis or more hardened tackling midfielder.

Our possession game was good and we dominated in attempts on Goal.

King played very well.. supplying the cross for the goal and was good with his back to the defenders... missing some midfield attacking play.. Jamal Ryce is active in build up but then when it comes time for the final pass did crap on 3 occassions kicking aimlessly.

We have to find a real attacking mid to work with the forwards in the final third and provide a threat at goal..

The one good cross produced our goal. Fuller indeed held the ball too long even in the face of a double team. Not a bad game overall though.

How does this compare to a mostly Jamaican team coached by Bora that played Chile the other day?

No doubt, the vibes is back! But given the names on the field tonight, the other recent matches were not that bad!
