    Canada Closes Camp With 2:0 Win

    OTTAWA, ON -- Canada's men's national team closed out their two-week camp today with a 2:0 victory over Danish club Vejle Boldklub in a closed-door exhibition match in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Charles Gbeke of Montréal, QC and Issey Nakajima-Farran of Calgary, AB scored for Canada.

    Earlier in the week, Canada defeated Martinique by a score of 1:0 in an international friendly match in Fort-au-France, Martinique. Along with the training days in Fort Lauderdale, FL, the Canadian side also spent a day training in Saint Lucia.

    spent a day "training is st lucia"?martinique? sounds like they were on an eastern caribbean cruise....which terminated in fort lauderdale!

      they were camping in Ft. lauderdale for about a week prior to going to Martinique.

          Canada will be one of our enemies when it comes to WC in the semi-final round. OJ, if yuh see any of their games on TV in Canada, it probably would not hurt to record the match for future JFF use.

            on the way back from martinique it seems they transfered in St. Lucia... not sure why but they were based in sunrise for the last few weeks.
