Can the CFU become its own entity, meaning no longer a member of CONCACAF?

Thus have their own WCQ matches among the members of the CFU, i.e. 1 or 1/2 WCQ spot?

I think we have more than enough CFU members to start their own "Federation!"

As CFU is not a continent, i dought if this would be possible. all the other confederations are continents, but good idea thou.
