Yes!! Zakora clearly dived, and if I was the defender, I'd probably beat his sorry ass in the tunnel at half time. However, is there a high level of hypocrisy in British football regarding players that dive?
Glenn Hoddle, Adams, Alan Hansen among others keep talking how Zakora is a cheat and how he will not last in the EPL if he continues to dive (serve him right, how yuh fi turn down ManU fi Spurs?). Steven Gerrard is a repeat defender, remember Liverpool's penalty against Sheffield Utd? Nobody labels him a cheat. Rooney does it, Pires started it, Van Persie perfected it yet no label. Former refs now saying action should be taken against Zakora, but where is the out cry when the others does it.
I find it kinda hypocritical.
