areas away from distractions are better for national academies. The academies from most big clubs and big countries is far removed from the playing centre or busy hubs. Mexico city is the most congested place I have been and even there they try to have somewhat remote and secluded academies. They try and I can assure you Cruz azul or Club America Academy is as remote as you can be in Mexico City which is a concrete jungle.
