Emperor asked a question when tilla retorted that his impressive displays are not significant until he steps up to DIV 1 or Prem well I ask the question as I percieved by Emperor how do you rank NPL , Championship - Div 2,3and MLSas it pertains to player performance? Let me throw in the sweedish league from thier Prem to Div 2 which Hue plys his trade in.

My own pesonal agenda is to gauge the critics bar of performance as it pertains to our players.

Mo and Tilla specifically anyone else can answer

I do not rate the NPL or Division 2. I do not think ourplayers are really being tested at these levels to adequately prepare them for the international game.

Show me where you see me bigging up Hue playing in Swedish Division 2?

Unlike you X, I set some minimum standards for our footballers. If they fall below that, then they are underachieving in my book. . . I do not celebrate underachievement.

You can only deal with what you have been given.

Yes, these leagues might be lower than the top leagues, but don't forget, many premier league and division 1 players came from the lower leagues, including the NPL.

Indeed, many NPL players, and I mean many , only need an opportunity to prove they can play with the best in almost any league in the world. Did we believe that Claude Davis would be where he is now? How about Shelton playing in a good Swedish league alongside the great Larsson? Ricketts and Stew Peas could also be there. Indeed, if JJ head nevah suh tick, he would have been in his 4th season in the top English league.

And I hope while you hesitate to big up the NPL and other lesser leagues, you realise that the MLS is one too! Without a doubt, quite a few Jamaicans could be playing in that league.

So, yes, a good performance in these lower leagues doesn't guarantee success in the top leagues, but it is certainly an indication that the players are moving in the right direction and could indeed make it big.

Did X say he was bigging up the NPL? so defensive Tilla why? anywaywhere does the MLS stand in your mind , I see you conviently left them off the radar, I dare not presume that it is on par with DIV 1 football or the EPL ?

RE: The value of J.J by Bradford standards

You my friend unlike X have made some valid points. We should not knock the lower divisions, as they ultimately produce the players who play in the top leagues. I hope for Jamaica's sake, Bradford can get promoted to the next level. I hate to see our talent wasting away in these lower leagues as we saw with Tappa and Goodison. It is also not only about playing in a league which produces a decent challange for the players. It is also about playing in a laeague where the emoluments are better for the players and their long-term future. I am happy for JJ, but I am not goin to "kin puppalick" over the performances in D2. The same goes for Hue in his D2 league in Sweden. Do you realize that this is a 4th tier league Hue is playing in? The league structure in Sweden is as follows:

              1. Allsvenskan (Khari Stephenson, Tefore Bennett& Luton Shelton)

              2. Superettan

              3. Division 1

              4. Division 2 (Hue)

              5. Division 3

I hope Hue can get something to move up the ladder soon if we plan to build our midfield around him.

X: What is your point is trying to get me to compare the leagues? I saw no point in it when it was brought up by Emperor andI fail to see the point now you are pushing it. If you insist, I would give MLS the edge over a Division 2 side any day. We have seen MLS teams play and beat some of the middle table teams from the EPL in the past like Fulham. I think a top MLS side would beat D2 sides to the ground.

Div 2 clubs beat EPL teams and DIV 1 teams too , In a tournament called the FA CUP.

We are talking leagues which would lead to the analysis to format , technical abilities , coaching , stadia , money (financial viability ) and player chances of development.

MLS has the potential to grow as money will be pumped in the future for it to compete with Priermership leagues all over the world , Div 2 teams are stuck based on its relegation system or zoning. But at this moment MLS is nothing more than Div 2 football, based on its weak format, weak coaches , weak stadiums, weak player development, not because Div 2 is weak in that sense but because of its zoning system.

Div 2 offers something MLS will never offer the ability to be promoted(get out of the zoning )to Championship football every season which is a step away from the prem.

So Tilla my friend like it or not J.J has arrived in my and the Bantams supporters book.

That is my point.BTW where did X say NPL is better the MLS ? what I will say is NPL is aweaker league with better players and a poor infrastructure, meaning poor team$$, poor coache$$, poor player development , poor salalries and lack of discipline.Givethe NPL half the money that MLS gets and you will see a league vying for Concacaf club supremacy.

Hue is a DIV 4 balla?aaah saaah , X point was to asses your knowledge of leagues and how you rate them as it relates to our players thats all.

I am glad that you are happy for J.J accomplishments ,so you only puppa lick when our players have arrived toChampionship football or Prem do you do it for MLS ?

Me personally as long as our players leave the NPLto some structure of professionalism and chance for growth(player development ) I am happy.

What do you make of our players walking into prem clubs in Sweeden and DIV 1 and 2 clubs in england and also the MLS from the NPL ? it says alot about the player doesnt it?

I puppa lick every time even if its DIV 4 in sweeden....OUCH!

My apologies sir! I thought you were always saying he was playing in Division 2 is Sweden. You have to make sure you do not tell people Division 2 as there is really a D2 below the Superettan.

                            Hue deserves my respects then.
