H'View into final of Caribbean Club Champs

    Thursday, November 15, 2007

JAMAICA'S national champions, Harbour View FC, advanced to the final of the Caribbean Club Championship with hard-fought 10-9 penalty-kick win over San Juan Jablotec of Trinidad & Tobago (T&T) last night.

It will be Harbour View's second appearance in the final after capturing the title in 2004 when they defeated compatriots Tivoli Gardens 3-2 on aggregate.

Harbour View midfielder Keith Kelly, who only two season ago played for San Juan Jablotec, scored the winning kick in a tense affair after the game ended 0-0 in regulation and extra time.

Harbour View will now play either Joe Public of T&T or Puerto Rico Islanders in tomorrow's final in Port of Spain.
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."

So Papa Jack's plan for two Trini clubs to be in the final has backfired. Again.
