Boxhill came to us with a 'feel good manifesto'. Some jumped up and down and thought that meant there were plans...carefully crafted plans somewhere in the background. Well no plans materialised.
Well the Captain has returned and he has set out some 'feel good points'...where are the plans?
Will it be ones laid out such that we follow along the thought process as documented/as the documents outline...or, will it be look at my actions and gauge/arrive at your own measurement/conclusion of/on where I am going?
