Rio Olympic Women 100M final? Almost

had all the finalists going under 11.00 sec. Would that have been a new thing at a World or Olympic final? Our Jamaica 8th place runner, the only athlete who ran over 11.00 sec. stumbled badly at the start. Without that stumble, it is conceivable that she also would have been under 11.00 sec.
