Once a law suit is filed and the 'investigators' start 'turning over stones' often what comes to light takes everything in another direction and sometimes those 'other directions' lead to 'dirt'. So it may be that those whom it would appear shall file suit are going..."mmmmm ?

Winning a lawsuit and getting zilch with questions hanging on matter of the victor's credibility is only pyrrhic victory!!! The allegations are there cannot ever be removed from being associated with those named!!! ...and then there is the wide held perception that money buys best defense and winning often has nothing to do with innocence (or for that matter, guilt).

I think to remove the mere notion of impropriety they should release the samples,discrediting his claims would probably be the final nail in the coffin of anyone challenging ..in the future.
Can we say with surety that the tests yielded accurate results,and if we can why the opposition to validating them?
