Islandman,Ali is indeed worthy of all accolades but Ali vs Foreman is akin to Bolt vs Blake,the latter went down without much fanfare.

Ali is the iconic boxer,but can really say with certainty he would've survived Tyson?Was he the best ever?
The mere fact one has to give that some thoughts places him a different category than Bolt.

There was no political angle to Bolt vs Blake. For Ali vs Frazier it was huge!

Ali represented a threat to the establishment in a way that Bolt has never done. That is what you don't seem to be aware of.

We will never know for sure what would have happened in an Ali-Tyson fight. However at the peak of his power (3 years of which he lost for political reasons) I would without a doubt bet on Ali. In my mind he was absolutely the best boxer ever.
