My sincere hapologies Mr. Islandman, you are correct for some reason Montego bay is as foreign to me as Bridgetown Barbados, every time I go to Mobay I actually marvel a little on the special vibe and feel, especially some of the residential blocks on the hill kind of close to Cornwall regional. Thanks for the info on Montego Bay High, my knowledge is pretty much limited to Cornwall and Mt. Alvernia. the former mainly because of the Calabar connection through the Stokes family.

I must admit it was absolutely shocking to see KC way up the chart there.
Just remember Rudi those snow ballers played like we have never seen a Jamaican team ever play in the Carib cup final versus TNT, we saw many instances of 5-10 passess stringed together even ending with a shot between some of our best snowballerz, dawkins, Mcanuff, junior drogba etc etc. some of th sweetest ball we have seen a yard team play against a top 50 fifa ranked opponent.

No it doesn't go back that far. The very good results started around the late 90s.
When I was there in the 80s the performance was about average for what was then still a fairly new school. 6th form would have like 12-20 students. Today there are more than 150 6th formers, some coming from the non-traditional schools in the parish.
Ironically enough the school spirit and community support now is not what it was back then , I believe partly as a result of the de-emphasis on extra-curricular activities. The balance is necessary."It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men" - Frederick Douglass
