T20 gave WI cricket a lifeline but I am doubtful that it will still be an institution in 10 years. Most likely the Test team will go extinct first and the others will follow.

That WI loss is like losing 6-0 nil, in two legs!!

Some players have agents, but very few... some Cricket bodies will have nothing to do with an agent. The Board may offer you a contract which you either accept or refuse; they categorise you and then offer based on the category; the players' association (union?) will do the negotiating on behalf of all the members. Not all players are necessarily members so they will (try to) negotiate individually.

AT least, that's how I understand it.
