Bolt ... it was pretty easy.

Jamaica's Usain Bolt was in impressive form on yesterday's final day of the two-day Hampton Inter-national Games at the Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, clocking 19.96 seconds for a 200-metre victory.

In the battle of World Junior record holders and winners of 2002 World Junior Championships titles, Bolt at 200m and Trinidad & Tobago's Darrell Brown at 100m, the former won the battle over the half-lap distance.
Bolt, a finalist at the 2005 World Championships, said the win was easy after crossing the finish line in 19.96 seconds, the third-fastest time over the distance this season.

"It was a pretty easy race, no pressure," Bolt told The Gleaner in a telephone interview. Bolt added that he was happy with the time.

    Happy
"Yes, 19.96, I am happy with that time because it's my first (200m) race of the season."

Brown, the 2003 World Championships 100m silver medallist, was second in 20.51 seconds, while Dominican Chris Lloyd was third in 20.55 seconds.

Regarding the remainder of the season and especially with the World Cham-pionships scheduled to take place soon from August 25 to September 2, Bolt said he is on target.
"There are a few little things to work on but I am on target," he pointed out.

Meanwhile, on Saturday, Chris Williams continued his good form as he edged out fellow-Jamaican Marvin Anderson in a close men's invitational international 100 metres dash.

Both athletes were timed in 10.03 seconds, but Williams was declared the winner by the photo finish camera - by two-thousandths of a second. They were supported by a wind of 2.8 metres per second. American Preston Perry was third in 10.16.
Andre Drummond, Brown's training partner at Maximum Velocity Performance Track Club, was second in the 800m. Drummond was timed at 1:49.98, finishing behind Haitian Moise Joseph 1:48.59 seconds.
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."
