1) The label on the product that Gay was using clearly listed the banned ingredients but Gay took it because the person who gave it him said he would pass the drug test.

2) David Howman, director general of the World Anti-Doping Agency, said it is “staggering” that an athlete today would use a supplement that so clearly advertised its banned ingredients.

3) Gay passed the drug test after winning the silver medal at the 2012 Olympics. If it was the same product that he was told would not cause him to fail a drug test then how did he pass the 2012 Olympic test?

If it was the same product then did he take another to mask it? If it was masked then why was it necessary to mask it when the supplier said that it was safe>

If it was not the same product then what was he taking why he had to give up his medal?

Maybe improved testing as the years go by shall unearth many 'souped up' athletes?
