Re: Penn Relays - Championships of the Americas?!?

Seven of eight teams is a high for a while but it is regular to see four or even five teams from Jamaica running in the COA finals at Penn...last year Jamaican girls were in the top six in one race.

In addition in the HSB 4x100, yesterday, two of the Boys from the only American team-South Shore of New York are Jamaicans.
Solidarity is not a matter of well wishing, but is sharing the very same fate whether in victory or in death.

I havent been there in 7 years , the jamaican contingent use to hold the section by the finish line , but I was schocked to see we owned the entire stadium , we even drowned out chants of USA , but what topped it off for me was hearing , peaanutts , peaanutts, peeeeaaa nuttts .. yes the peanut man had also arrived.

      Jamaica, Jamaica, jamaica
THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.
