Our CAC senior team has at last been named!
The emphasis/effort in 2013, quite correctly in my view, is one that continues to regard the CAC Senior Championships as a development meet for our athletes. With this in mind, I have no problem at this time with this JAAA list for the upcoming CAC Championships.

To my poster friend Time: Boss, it’s really, really good to see that our former promising junior athlete Nadine Palmer is a member of this team! Also that Bobbi-Gay Wilkins, who I used to admire in her Carifta and Penn Relays days, is on the team.
Overall, I have no complaints!
