  • Doping & Suspicions: What Jamaica should do

Considering that Jamaica does not have the resources to set up an anti-doping infrastructure sufficient to satisfy Babylon's Doubting Thomases & BadMinded Pundits ...the Jamaica Olympic Association and particularly the JAAA should invite the IOC, WADA and interested Babylon elements to set up and staff a regional drug testing facility in Jamaica.... justifiable because while JA is the performance leader in the region, the Caribbean as a whole is seeing dramatically improving performances

Time to stop playing defence on this issue...put the ball in Babylon's court... mek dem put up or shut up....

Willi juss mek Fennell publicly invite Babylon fi duh ah ting nuh...wi dun know seh yuh ave dem lines deh

actually, given that the athletes are tested out of competition by the various doping agencies and given that bloodwork is being used to profile the athletes are they saying that little economically disadvantaged jamaica has the resources to systematically develope PED's that avoid WADA and other international doping agency spot tests?

That's one way to look at it

However we can expect US related Babylon elements to seek to degrade or destroy our program via their media. Babylon does not like to be demonstrated to be a weakling or a failure especially by a speck like Jamaica...den wi show off in front ah 2B people pon top ah dat??
Yuh tink ah likkle sitten dat??

Babylon vex... we need to be smart an not juss chat fart

That has always been one of the glaring contradictions in the argument made by Conte, Lewis and others. On the one hand they say such a small and poor country could never produce so many world class athletes consistently, then right after that they insinuate that such a small and poor country must be finding a sophisticated way around the system that nobody knows yet.

In 2008 the argument was that there was not much random testing going on in JA out of competition and that's how a Bolt and Shelly-Ann could come from "nowhere" (not really, but...) , because the doping agencies didn't have them on their radar. 4 years later they are well known and tested, more random testing is happening locally and yet they are still winning.

There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.
