The African village at the Olympics was closed because they did not pay the contractors. This village was underwritten by all the countries of the continent, and still they were not able or should I say willing to pay for the services. It is believed that the officials stole the money.
Disgraceful.
Tiny country like Jamaica met their financial obligations and the ones with oil, diamonds, gold, ivory, uranium, should I go on, either thief the money or cant afford to pay, and Kenya wants to put a bid in for 2024 olympics. Who are they kidding?
