Got home with the fleeting hope that my DVR would catch some of the daily advertised T&F events. You see, prior to the start of the Games, I spent the time to program my DVR to record everything on all of the NBC network. Every evening I get home, I have to go through and delete - your DVR is 100% full.
This evening, instead of seeing the advertised 200m T&F event that I missed this morning, I saw well groomed horses prancing and skipping around in a square ring. How lovely. So I did what any race horse, sorry, jack as s, sorry, DRESSAGE aficionado would do - I promptly broke out the fine China and had myself a cup 'o tea with some crumbcakes. I was riveted and sitting on the edge of my seat with my heart jumping out of my chest as I watched this fast-paced sporting event. How could I delete such action? This beats seeing the fastest men and women in the world race any day. Who needs to wait up until 11, o clock tonight to watch the "real " star of the Olympics? I'm in horse heaven.
