However we have our local Indepence celebration in Geneva today and a bredrin was there in London for the final at about the 60m mark. Him nuh get nuh sleep, as he had to jump on the fuss plane back to Switz fi work!

What a way wi unruly! Place nice till all some Trinis were out there, celebrating their javelin gold, but wisely waving a Jamaican flag as well.

Many of us stuck around for the medal presentation as well, and stood at attention when the anthem was being played. Wi not that unruly!
