I am watching a cricket documentary (with the above title) about the 1970's West Indian cricket team. Clive Lloyd was captain.

I am not a cricket fan but this is quite gripping . It feature ALL the big names that placed West Indies on the map. Holding, Roberts Gibbs >>>>>...are all featured.

Lots of focus on Dennis Lillie and Thompson the Austrailia in 1975.

I think I am going to watch it a second time.

This documentary should be mandatory viewing for all caribbean students. It would give them an appreciation of what others endure--to provide them with the opportunities they have today.

History is such a thing. While we were living through it we took it for granted. It is now we see how great they were.

We produced so many greats in that era, looking back it seems unreal.
