It certainly is changing the face of the game and definitely is affecting how Test teams have to prepare... my ONLY real beef is that India (in Tests) will NEVER suffer from an IPL clash while every other playing nation will... we see who really runs world cricket.
The upside is that with the "best" players going to the IPL, there are opportunities fro other players... it is just up to them to raise the level of their game... if they can
