    Sanjay Pantry of St Jago also went under the mark - 6:13.20 - established last year by his former teammate Webster Chung. Pantry was one of his school's athletes who were disqualified for incomplete registration but for some unexplained reason still faced the starters.
    The same type of thinking that created a problem cannot be used to solve the problem.

      The was a 'Mosiah zero tolerance issue' but ISSA let him back in after the school prooved that he passed the 'Mosiah' zero tolerance rule. His problem was not a late birth certificate issue.
      The same type of thinking that created a problem cannot be used to solve the problem.
