ST Jago boys and Edwin Allen girls easily retained their Milo Central Champs athletics titles in at GC Foster College in St Catherine yesterday as records continued to tumble.
St Jago easily won the Boy's section with 304 points, well ahead of Holmwood High Boys in second on 124, with Manchester High third on 88. Suprised package Hydel were fourth on 61 and Edwin Allen fifth on 59.

Edwin Allen made it three in a row with 370.5 points ahead of Holmwood Technical Girls 299.5, St Jago 295.5, Vere Technical 202 and Manchester with 177.
On a day when records continued to tumble, Vere's Sherika Jackson destroyed the Class I Girls 200m record of 23.69 second, winning in 23.41 in an awesome performance ahead of Olivia James in 24.45.
Jevaughn Minzie of Bog Walk turned the tables on 100m conqueror Tyquendo Tracey, winning the Class I Boys 200m in a record 21.25 seconds. Tracey's 21.59 also went under the previous mark of 21.67 set in 2007 by Jair Francis,
The lanky Shammar Brown of Tacius Golding lowered Minzie's Class II record of 22.42 to 22.24.
Manchester's Omar McLeod broke his second record of the meet, capturing the Class I 110m hurdle in 13.92 seconds, removing Jermaine Christie's 14.73 set in 2007.
The Class II mark also went as St Jago's Roje Jackson Chin erased Kevoy Campbell's 15.82 from 2009, lowering it to 14.96.
Alexander Nicholas of Manchester won the Class III 100m hurdles in 13.85 seconds ahead of Kimani Henry of St Jago, 14.65.
The outstanding Janieve Russell of Holmwood broke the Girl's Class I 100m hurdles record of 14.30 with 14.12 seconds. The Jamaican Youth representative pulled Keneen Davis of Edwin Allen below the previous record with 14.19.
Holmwood's Yanique Thompson smashed the Class II Girls 100m hurdles mark of 14.08 with 13.62. Second-placed Tishana Montieth of St Jago also went below the previous record with 13.72.
Samara Spencer of Hydel removed Janieve Russell's three-year-old mark of 11.76 from the books, winning the Class III 80m hurdles in 11.70.
Sidney Marshall of Manchester won the Class III 70m hurdles in 10.68 seconds ahead of Hydel's Osheca Barnes, 11.07.
Atara Segree of Edwin Allen opened the day's proceedingsby capturing the Girls 2000m Steeple Chase Open in 7:26.79 ahead of St Jago's Ophia Simmonds, 7:27.45 and Sherene Whyte of Holmwood, 7:33.36.
Rodney Henry of Spalding smashed the Boys Under-20 2,000m Steeple Chase Open in 6:08.36, erasing the 6:46.86 set by Webster Chung last year.
Second- and third-placed Nembhard Palmer of Bellefield and Ptlolemy Hayden of St Jago also went under the previous mark with 6:11.53 and 6:12.14, respectively.
Sasha-Gaye Marston of Edwin Allen went close to erasing the six-year-old discus record of 48.19m with a throw of 48.18.
Teammate Tara-Sue Barnett completed the quinnela with 47.80m.
Vere's Shardia Lawrence leapt 12.59m to win the Girls triple jump Open ahead of Latavia Coombs of Holmwood, 12.35, and Edwin Allen's Danique Bryan, 11.96.
Rashawn Dawkins of St Jago broke the Class III Boys long jump of 5.89m with 6.12 ahead of Kahjay Morris of Charlemont, 5.63, and Jago teammate Kareem Ferguson , 5.60.
Andre McDonald won the Class I Boys high jump with 1.85m ahead of Hydel's Javaune Gordon, 1.75. Shiann Salmon of Hydel captured the Class IV high jump with 1.60.
Natoya Goule's three-year-old Class II 800m record of 2:10.12 was dismantled by Marleena Eubanks of Edwin Allen in 2:06.92 who won by a city block.
Edwin Allen also captured the Class III girls 800m as Shannon Lawrence won in 2:15.47 ahead of Vere's Sashaay Whyte, 2:16.23.
Another double record-breaker was Holmwood's Ryan Butler who broke the Class III Boys 800m and 1,500m records.
Butler's 2:05.48, well inside the previous mark of 2:08.60 held by Byron Golding since 2009. He also destroyed the 1.500m in 4:34.26 inside the previous mark he held set last year of 4:41.38.
Byron Golding of May Day, now a Class I athlete, won the Boys 16-19 800m in 1:55.52 ahead of Holmwood's Andre Hosey, 1:55.73.
Delano Rochester of Clarendon College completed the Class II double, winning the 1,500m in a record 4:08.73 on day one before capturing the 800m in 1:58.44.
