Important for the analysis since in another 2 years you may find teh football programme is no existent....maybe you all shld have an indooor football court..or a beach football location CLOSER to the youths...these 'new urban' youths dont want to trek in the bush to go play football and then back...

Same thing with the cricket...get sm indoor facilities and/or introduce Windball (tennis) cricket....one of those old tennis courts would serve well..lol...

Get sm 'old boys' to volunteer sm coaching time...naw call yu old or anything....
