reaction time has nothing to do with how fast one can run a distance..
subtract the reaction times and it will be clear to you..

Adjust the times for Blake's tailwind pushing him forward and Usain headwind pushing him backwards.
The same type of thinking that created a problem cannot be used to solve the problem.

Wind speed in the 200m is only measure on the straight, the final 100m. It is an average taken for that last 100m.
Yuh didnt know that? LoL
Additionally, Brussels turns are very mild/wide and Blake ran in lane 6.
Bolt's 19.19s is still the best run when all is factored in.
I agree though that the Brussels run by the Pearl was impressive and indicative of great potential.
