  • Whither MVP?

The current upheaval (dip in fortunes) in MVP may be a blessing in disguise. Jamaica needs MVP. It is obvious coaching expertise is there.

Whether MVP managers face the short-comings head-on and dispassionately make the right (correct) adjustments will decide the furture of the organisation.

It is simple really - Build on strong suites and fix the weak ones. No egos...please. It is the strong who can recognise and admit wrong...and throw the missteps in the 'trash'...give open recognition to those who had given good direction, institute that good/move along the path the "good direction" leads and rejoice in the wisdom of the advice.

It is the weak and dare I say, foolish, who insist on ignoring good advice.
    Long live MVP!

Aside: The attacks on Racers suggests the MVP folk are not yet at the place where commonsense steps to the fore and egos are held under control.

The quicker MVP gets to focusing on MVP the better for the oganisation.

Everything one says, says more about self than any other thing. MVP's attack on Racers speaks volume on/about MVP!
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."

    Attack on Racers???

Di man dem was asked why people a leff and they say some who left tell them that they can get cash money at Racers.

There was no insinuation of any unethical recruitment practices, just a simple statement of FACT that Glen Mills acknowledged as correct. They do pay cash grants!! And this is public knowledge.

Why people cant follow a simple discussion is beyond me. Media uses wrong headlines and people go with it like eediot!

Now, if you were to say that Franno is too verbally abusive with his charges, that is another argument and it seems to hold merit!
