Bolt was picking them up and laying them down have to believe it's close.
Bob Hayes stated in Olympic Cowboy that his leg was timed in 8.4 manuel and 8.6 electronic i had the video.

Really! nobody has run faster Powell's 8.7 being the closest and that was on these trampoline tracks not some dead dirt track.
