After all...the relevant rule says the offending hurdler MAY be DQd for contact with another which may have impeded the other...so there is room for discretion on the part of the judges... they could rule DQ or inadvertent contact in the normal course of the event or an infringement occurred and had the race re-run
It's all subject to opinion... no absolute right or wrong here. It is that grey area of subjectivity that Babylon exploits with their overweening power.
