  • Is England batting that good?

    4 of 6 innings greater than 470... 3 over 500 including a 710 for 7d...
plenty runs on the board; or is India that bad?

India has not played well but I am sure they would do even worse damage against our bowling attack.

Stangely enough seeing England ranked #1 gives me a little bit of hope that maybe we could see the WI there again during my lifetime.

believe it or not to succeed in cricket you have to be ruthless ... india is not. as the #1 team they should have come to the west indies and DEMOLISHED us ... instead hey came with half a team and barely eked out a victory and so they lost some momentum and respect and they are paying for it now.

windies at their best and oz at their best were brutal and ruthless ... with half of the english team being south africans, it has added a diminsion to the team that the english never had before .... andy flower is no doubt a brilliant team manager ... hats off to him!
