Last night Gemma accused bedhopping Bolt, 24 - who holds the 100metres world record - of leaving her "heartbroken" too.
The pair "tweeted" via the internet for months before he invited her to his hotel in Mayfair on September 2 while in London plugging his book.
Gemma said: "It sounds like he had a girl in every city. I feel cheated."
Describing their romp, she said: "I wasn't wearing anything remotely sexy - leggings, a cardigan and grey boots.
"He seemed to find it a massive turn-on. He's a very good lover - I give him eight out of ten.
"He kept telling me how much he loved my bum. He's got a great athletic body, but he's average size in the trouser department."
Afterwards they showered together. Gemma said: "He told me all about Jamaica and I told him about Swindon.
