Not sure I have any idea what these figures mean or who ran them b ut we have an advantage that we start running relays as early as January and most if these scholom s just started.
Th West Coast and Southern schools started in March and the eastern schools in mid to late April so even though we beat them up at Penn...we have an advantage as we are at the end of our season and they just started their outdoors seasonSolidarity is not a matter of well wishing, but is sharing the very same fate whether in victory or in death.
