<P class=StoryText align=justify>Jamaica wrapped up the three-day Caribbean Table Tennis Federation (CRTTF) Cadet Championships which ended in Trinidad & Tobago on Sunday by raking in a total 12 medals - five gold, two silver and five bronze medals.<P class=StoryText align=justify>On the final day, Jamaica added seven more medals with Jevaughn Johnson leading a sweep in the Under-15 Boys' category.
Johnson, Kareem Flowers and Michael Cai were one-two-three in the Boys' Under-15 singles, and Johnson, Cai and Shayne Frost captured the Under-15 team title to ensure that Jamaica finish the championships with five gold.<P class=StoryText align=justify>Earlier, Yvonne Foster won the Girls' Under-15 singles, and with Shaunda Brash captured the Girls' Under-13 team trophy. Emani McPherson, Cai, and Johnson also won gold in the Boys' Under-18 team competition.<P class=StoryText align=justify>Kareem Flowers was runner-up in the Boys' Under-15 singles; and Foster, Janelle Morris and Tracey-Ann Dattadeen clinched Jamaica's second silver in the Girls' Under-18 team championship.
The remarkable Foster took on the big girls in the Under-18 singles to take home the bronze, with McPherson also taking home the bronze in the Boys' Under-18 singles.<P class=StoryText align=justify>Cai and Dattadeen were also third-placed finishers in the Boys' and Girls' Under-15 singles, respectively, with Brash settling for the bronze in the Girls' Under-13 singles.<P class=StoryText align=justify>Jamaica ended the Cadet Championships as the number one team, ahead of Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Barbados, and Curacao.
