DISGRACED sprinter Tim Montgomery has revealed he and Marion Jones kept performance-enhancing drugs in their kitchen fridge.
Montgomery once held the 100m world record but is now serving a nine-year jail sentence for cheque fraud and heroin dealing.
He and fellow US star Jones were dubbed the fastest couple on the planet before being banned in the wake of the BALCO drug scandal.
Montgomery admitted: "We kept the drugs in the fridge next to the vegetables. We wanted to achieve at any cost.
"We thought everyone was doing it. There wasn't even a second thought that I was cheating. It was about getting one over the system.
"I had the best job in the world, now I'm in prison sweeping leaves."
