Jamaica won the Olympics in 2008 mathematically

If you should calculate medal per 500,000 population Jamaica finish first . 2,800,000/6 = 1 Gold medal for every 470 000 people ,no other country in the world can match that in the 2008 Olympics.

note:That figure is rounded off to the nearest 100 thousand ,its more like
466,666.667 .
