Various checks had been conducted prior to the athletes taking the supplements and the offending stimulant was not on any of the various WADA lists. Nor was it listed as an ingredient of Muscle Speed.

    My analysis

If Racers knew that the stimulant was not the WADA list prior to taking it then Racers must have known the name of the compound.

If it was not listed an an ingredient of Muscle speed then how did they know its name of the stimulant prior to the atheletes taking it? Perhaps they asked ... ?

If they knew the name then they should have know that it was a stimulant and as I learn from Sicko all stimulants are banned therefore they should have known that it was a banned substance.

If they knew that they were taking a stimulant and took the manufacturer's word that it would not cause drug test failure then someone should have figured out that they were taking an undecteable banned substance.

Finally if Mills gave it to the athletes in good faith and the athletes took in good faith but they are banned then why not santion Mills?

tek time nuh....mind yuh bite yuh tongue.......

"Mills claimed that the list of contents on the supplement, Muscle Speed, that primarily contains vitamins B, E, and C, did not mention that it contained 4-methyl-2-hexanamine, a compound that resembles tuaminoheptane, a stimulant that is on the World Anti-Doping Agency's banned list. "The athletes made an error in judgement in trusting that the product was WADA compliant," he said."

tuaminoheptane is on the list. they satisfied themseleves that this was not in the product. the adverse analytical finding was 4-methyl-2-hexanamine which it is alleged falls within the same group of stimulants as tuaminoheptane. it is this they are contending they had no knowledge of because it is NOWHERE in ANY literature regarding the product. further to this, the manufacturer states that the product was approved by WADA and NCAA which subsequently has been proved to be untrue. this will become the subject of a lawsuit. (good luck!)
